Select several products on the Products list, then choose Bulk edit to change shared fields in one dialog.
Opening bulk edit
Go to Products.
Select the checkboxes for the products you want to update.
Click Bulk edit N products.
Enable the fields you want to change with the toggle on each row, then set the new value.
Click Save.
Product categories
How category fields appear depends on your tenant configuration:
Standard categories (legacy)
When storefront categories are not enabled, bulk edit offers three internal category actions:
Replace categories — sets the full internal category list.
Add categories — adds categories without removing existing ones.
Remove categories — removes selected categories from each product.
Storefront categories enabled
When the storefront category portfolio is enabled:
Replace category — sets a single internal product category on each selected product.
Replace storefront categories — sets the full storefront category list (when your tenant has a storefront).
Add storefront categories — adds storefront categories without removing existing ones.
Remove storefront categories — removes selected storefront categories from each product.
Category pickers stay collapsed until you expand them, so the dialog stays compact while you choose which fields to update.
Other common bulk fields
The same dialog also supports bulk changes to listing status, manufacturer, logo, add-ons, pricing overrides, labels, and integration-specific sellable fields when those features are enabled for your tenant.
