View your current Salesbuildr subscription status, plan items, and manage billing through the Chargebee portal.

Navigate to Settings > Subscription to view your current Salesbuildr plan and manage your subscription.

Subscription overview

When a subscription is active, the page shows:

FieldDescription

Status

Current subscription state (e.g. active, in_trial)

Started at

The date the subscription began

Next billing at

The date of the next automatic billing cycle

Plan items

Below the overview, a table lists the items included in your subscription:

ColumnDescription

Name

The plan or add-on item name

Amount

The billed amount for this item

Quantity

Number of seats or units

Type

Item type (e.g. plan, addon)

Managing your subscription

Click Manage subscription to open the Chargebee self-service portal. From there you can:

  • View past invoices and billing history

  • Update payment method (credit card or direct debit)

  • Change your plan or add-ons

  • Update billing address and company details

Changes to your plan (upgrades, downgrades, or adding features) take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise noted. For questions about pricing or custom arrangements, contact your Salesbuildr account manager.
