Integrations

Salesbuildr connects to the tools your team already uses. From PSA platforms that sync your customer data, to CRMs that enrich your pipeline — integrations are what make Salesbuildr fit into your existing workflow.

For initial PSA setup (connecting Autotask, ConnectWise, or HaloPSA for the first time), see the PSA Setup guides. For distributor connections and pricing priority, see Settings > Distributors.

Managing integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Manage. This page lists the integrations available to your account. PSA integrations are mutually exclusive — only one PSA can be active at a time. Tenant admins see the currently connected PSA and can update its connection details; they cannot turn that PSA on or off.

When a PSA integration is connected, its configuration sub-pages appear in the sidebar for field mapping, sync management, and entity-specific settings. To replace expired or rotated PSA credentials, see Update your PSA connection.

Apollo.io

Apollo.io for automatic company and contact enrichment when creating new records.

Pax8

Connect Pax8 via OAuth for cloud product browsing, category linking, company matching, and contract management. Daily product sync keeps pricing current.

KPN / RoutIT

Connect KPN or RoutIT for cloud product access. Regional integration for NL/BE tenants.

LeaderCloud

Connect LeaderCloud for cloud product browsing. Regional integration for NL/BE tenants.

OneTrail

Connect OneTrail for distributor pricing and product enrichment. Tenant administrators can verify credentials from the integration dialog before saving.

Stripe payments

Connect your Stripe account to collect card payment on storefront baskets. Requires the Storefront add-on. See when payment is required, what the customer sees, and how to reinstall the webhook.
