Managing integrations

Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Manage. This page lists all available integrations with enable/disable toggles. PSA integrations are mutually exclusive — only one PSA can be active at a time.

Additional pages appear under Admin > Integrations based on your account:

  • API Key — generate and manage Public API keys (requires the Public API feature)
  • Webhooks — configure webhook endpoints (requires the webhooks feature)

When you enable a PSA integration, its configuration sub-pages appear in the sidebar for field mapping, sync management, and entity-specific settings.
