Apollo provides company and contact enrichment. It does not perform full data sync — instead, it automatically populates fields when you create new companies or contacts.

Setup

Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Manage and enable Apollo. Enter your Apollo API key. No additional sub-pages are needed.

How enrichment works

Company enrichment — when creating a new company, Salesbuildr sends the company domain to Apollo and retrieves:

  • Company name, website, LinkedIn URL
  • Founded year, estimated employee count
  • Industry, short description
  • Full address (street, city, state, country, postal code)
  • Social URLs (Facebook, Twitter)

Contact enrichment — when adding a contact with an email address, Apollo returns:

  • First name, last name
  • Photo URL, LinkedIn URL

Enrichment data auto-fills the creation form. You can review and edit before saving.

Apollo can be configured with a tenant-specific API key or use the platform-wide key. Go to Admin > Integrations > Manage and enter your key in the Apollo section.
