What happens in your first onboarding session and the 10-item homework checklist to complete before Call 2.

Your first onboarding call is approximately 45–60 minutes. Your Salesbuildr consultant will walk through your instance and help you create your first quote together. Most topics are introduced briefly live, then handed off to short video homework you complete at your own pace.
What to expect
- Review your provisioning setup (PSA sync, distributor status, email domain)
- Walk through the main areas of Salesbuildr together
- Create your first quote live, using a real or sample customer
- Brief introduction to each homework topic — not a full walkthrough
- Q&A
Homework checklist
Work through these 10 tasks after Call 1. Each has a short training video and a help article for reference. Allow 1–2 weeks before your second call so your team can practice with real quotes.

You're ready for Call 2 when
- Your team can log in and has the right roles assigned
- Your logo, brand color, and email domain are configured
- You've created at least 5 quotes with real products
- You've watched the 10 training videos
