Connecting a distributor

Navigate to Admin > Distributors > Connections
Click Add Connection, select UK or IE
Choose the distributor and enter credentials
Click Check Connection to verify, then save

Region-specific notes

Westcoast requires a custom FTP hostname in addition to credentials
Exertis UK (SFTP) and Exertis IE (email-based) are separate connections with different auth
Stock In The Channel aggregates stock from multiple UK distributors
CMS Distribution uses automatic connections — no credentials needed

Troubleshooting

Connection check fails — For Westcoast, double-check the hostname.
Exertis IE not returning data — Exertis Ireland uses email-based feeds. Verify the email address and customer ID.
Prices outdated — Check last sync time and use re-fetch if needed.
