Connect LeaderCloud for cloud product browsing — regional integration for NL/BE markets.

LeaderCloud is a cloud marketplace for the Australian market that connects to Salesbuildr via an account code. Once connected, your team can browse LeaderCloud products, link them to your catalog with specific pricing variants, and add them to quotes. LeaderCloud products appear under Products > Cloud Marketplaces > LeaderCloud.
This integration is only available for non-US tenants.
Setup
Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Manage and find the LeaderCloud card.
- Enter your account code — this is your partner identifier at LeaderCloud
- Set a default vendor for imported products — this vendor is pre-selected when linking products
- Click Verify to test the connection
Once verified, Salesbuildr runs an initial product sync and then refreshes automatically every day at 2 AM.
Browsing and linking products
Open Products > Cloud Marketplaces > LeaderCloud to browse the full LeaderCloud catalog. Use the filters to narrow by:
- Linked / Unlinked — whether the product is already in your Salesbuildr catalog
- Priced / Unpriced — whether pricing data is available
- Price unit — the billing frequency (Monthly, Annual, License, etc.)
- Billing frequency enabled — whether the product supports recurring billing
Each product in the list shows its code, name, and a pricing table with the available units, RRP (recommended retail price), and reseller price in AUD.
Linking a product
Click Link product to add a LeaderCloud product to your Salesbuildr catalog. In the link dialog, select:
- A category from your categories
- A manufacturer/vendor (defaults to your configured default vendor)
- Which price units to make available — if the product has multiple pricing units, select the ones your team should see
Salesbuildr creates a product in your catalog with the LeaderCloud code as the manufacturer part number. Each selected price unit becomes a product variant with its own pricing.
To remove a linked product, click Unlink product. This removes the link and all variants but does not delete the product from your catalog.
Pricing
LeaderCloud products carry two prices per unit:
- RRP (recommended retail price) — the suggested end-customer price
- Reseller price — your cost price as the MSP
When a LeaderCloud product is added to a quote, Salesbuildr uses the RRP as the default sell price. Your margin is calculated automatically from the difference between RRP and reseller price.
Price units
LeaderCloud products can have pricing in these units:
The Annual Billed Monthly unit is a special case — it creates a variant with a monthly billing term and an annual commitment term, similar to how Pax8 handles commitment terms.
Price sync
Salesbuildr runs a daily sync that fetches all products from LeaderCloud and updates pricing in your catalog. An initial sync also runs immediately when you first enable the integration.
All LeaderCloud prices are in AUD.
