Use this guide when something is not working as expected in Salesbuildr. Start with the quick diagnosis table to find the right section, or follow the general troubleshooting steps below.

General troubleshooting steps

Before diving into a specific issue, try these general steps:

  1. Check Admin > Tools > Issues — This is the central place for sync errors and warnings. Review any open issues, dismiss resolved ones, and retry failed operations.
  2. Check Admin > Tools > Logs — Review recent activity logs for error messages or failed operations.
  3. Clear your browser cache — Some display issues are caused by stale cached data. Hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
  4. Verify credentials — If an integration has stopped working, credentials may have expired. Re-enter them in the relevant Admin section.
  5. Re-index — For search and product issues, a re-index at Admin > Tools > Maintenance can resolve stale data.
