Sending from different company entities

If your organization operates under multiple brands or entities, you can configure which entity a quote is sent from. Each entity has its own branding, contact details, and email address.

The servicing branch is set on the company record (in the company's Payment & Shipping settings), not on individual quotes. When you create a quote for that company, the servicing branch's details are automatically applied. Dynamic fields in email templates automatically populate with the entity's details (name, address, phone, email).

Multi-currency

Quote in any currency supported by the European Central Bank (ECB). Rates update daily.

Once enabled, configure your currencies as follows:

  1. Go to Settings > Financial > Pricing Rules.

  2. Add and configure each currency relevant to your regions.

  3. Currency configuration page with multi-currency selection showing enabled currencies (CHF, EUR, GBP, NOK, USD).
