Connecting a distributor

  1. Navigate to Admin > Distributors > Connections
  2. Click Add Connection, select US
  3. Choose the distributor and enter credentials
  4. Click Check Connection, then save

Region-specific notes

  • Ingram Micro (US) does not require a price file field — only username and password
  • D&H is also available in Canada with the same format
  • Both Ingram Micro and TD Synnex support direct ordering via Procurement

Troubleshooting

  • Connection check fails — Verify SFTP credentials and that your account is active.
  • No products returned — Contact the distributor to activate your catalog access.
