ConnectWise Manage Configuration

For initial ConnectWise connection setup, see the ConnectWise Manage Setup Guide.

After initial setup, manage your ConnectWise integration at Admin > Integrations > ConnectWise. Seven configuration sub-pages are available.

Synchronize

Trigger a full sync or a fields-only sync. A full sync pulls companies, contacts, products, manufacturers, and field values from ConnectWise. A fields-only sync updates dropdown values (pipeline stages, opportunity types, payment terms) without touching entity data.

Categories

Map ConnectWise product categories to Salesbuildr categories. Configure default fields and product terms for imported products.

Companies

Configure bidirectional company type mapping — ConnectWise company types to Salesbuildr types and vice versa. Set a priority order for company types and filter which ConnectWise company statuses are enabled for sync. Map user-defined fields (UDFs) to Salesbuildr data points, and configure the manufacturer company type.

Opportunity status mapping

Bidirectional mapping between Salesbuildr opportunity statuses and ConnectWise statuses. Configure both directions: which ConnectWise status to set when a Salesbuildr status changes, and which Salesbuildr status to apply when a ConnectWise status changes.

Callbacks

Manage ConnectWise callback URLs. Callbacks notify Salesbuildr when data changes in ConnectWise, enabling near real-time sync for companies, contacts, and opportunities.

Inventories

Configure inventory synchronization between ConnectWise warehouse stock levels and Salesbuildr product inventory.

Ticket settings

Configure service ticket creation for post-sale workflows. Settings include: board, board status, board type, board subtype, SLA, impact, priority, and estimated hours.
