Connecting a distributor

  1. Navigate to Admin > Distributors > Connections
  2. Click Add Connection, select AU or NZ
  3. Choose the distributor and enter credentials
  4. Click Check Connection, then save

Region-specific notes

  • Many ANZ distributors use download URL auth — provide a URL to your price file
  • 4Cabling uses a public feed requiring no credentials
  • PB Tech, Synnex, and Dicker Data serve both AU and NZ
  • Bluechip (AU, download URL) and Bluechip NZ (customer ID) are separate distributors
  • Ingram Micro is the only distributor supporting ordering in this region

Troubleshooting

  • Download URL not working — Verify the URL is publicly accessible and returns a valid file.
  • Customer ID rejected — Confirm your ID. Some distributors need to enable feed access.
  • No products returned — Check that the distributor has sent price files recently.
