View your current Salesbuildr subscription status, plan items, and manage billing through the Chargebee portal.

Navigate to Admin > Subscription to view your current Salesbuildr plan and manage your subscription.


Subscription overview

When a subscription is active, the page shows:

FieldDescription
StatusCurrent subscription state (e.g. active, in_trial)
Started atThe date the subscription began
Next billing atThe date of the next automatic billing cycle

Plan items

Below the overview, a table lists the items included in your subscription:

ColumnDescription
NameThe plan or add-on item name
AmountThe billed amount for this item
QuantityNumber of seats or units
TypeItem type (e.g. plan, addon)

Managing your subscription

Click Manage subscription to open the Chargebee self-service portal. From there you can:

  • View past invoices and billing history
  • Update payment method (credit card or direct debit)
  • Change your plan or add-ons
  • Update billing address and company details

Changes to your plan (upgrades, downgrades, or adding features) take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise noted. For questions about pricing or custom arrangements, contact your Salesbuildr account manager.
