Bundling
Bundle products — composite products that group multiple items with quantities and pricing into a single sellable unit.

Product bundles are composite products that combine multiple individual products into a single sellable unit. A bundle has its own pricing and appears as one line item in a quote, while the bundle items view reveals its contents.
NOTE: This is an advanced feature that is enabled on request.
NOTE: Bundles are available as part of Salesbuildr Advanced. Please reach out to learn more.
How bundles work
A bundle product has:
A product type of "bundle" (set on the product detail page)
A bundle items list containing one or more products, each with a quantity and optional price override
When a sales rep adds a bundle to a quote, all bundle items carry over with their configured quantities and prices. The bundle appears as a single line item — the customer sees the bundle, not the individual components.
Where bundles appear
Product search results — A "View Bundle Items" button appears on any bundle product card
Product detail page — The bundle items section shows on the product page
Quotes — Bundles appear as a single line item with the total bundle price
Building a bundle
Create or open a product on the product detail page
Set the product type to Bundle
In the bundle items section, search for products using the inline search or click Advanced search for the full product search dialog
Each added product gets a row in the bundle table:
Drag items to reorder them within the bundle
Select items via checkboxes and remove in bulk, or use the delete button per row
Running totals appear at the bottom, broken down by billing term (one-time, monthly, etc.)

The bundle's selling price can be set independently from the sum of its items, allowing you to offer package discounts.
Bundle pricing on quotes
When a bundle is added to a quote, all bundle items carry over with their configured quantities and prices. The bundle price is the sum of all contained items. Override prices set in the bundle definition are used instead of catalog prices.
Viewing bundle contents
On the product list and product picker, bundle products show a Bundle indicator. Click it to open a read-only view of the bundle contents:
In this article, we will show you how to set up a per-user bundle and convert that bundle to a recurring service contract that will invoice a single line to your customer.
The goal is to create a recurring service contract where we can keep track of profitability by keeping track of the revenue, and the cost for the licences where we will be billed for.
As an example, we will create a bundle in Salesbuildr called “Managed Services per user bundle”. This bundle contains the following services:
Managed User B: Better with a sales price of 75 and a cost price of 50
SaaS Protection with a sales price of 10 and a cost price of 5
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint P2 with a sales price of 10 and a cost price of 4.40
Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud with a sales price of 250

When we add this bundle to a Salesbuildr quote, the bundle will show up as a single line item for your end customer, while the contents of the bundle will be synchronised to the Autotask quote as seperate line items. You have the freedom to change the quantities and prices of the individual products in the bundles when editing a proposal.

As a result, the Autotask quote looks like this:
