How Salesbuildr onboarding works — two structured calls, homework between them, and everything you need to go from setup to independent in about two weeks.

Salesbuildr onboarding is built around two structured calls with self-serve homework between them. Most customers are independently creating quotes within two weeks of their first call.
How onboarding works
1. Before your first call — You prepare your instance. Connect your PSA, request distributor credentials, send sample templates, configure your email domain. Allow 3–5 business days for distributor credentials before booking.
2. Onboarding Call 1 (~45–60 min) — Your Salesbuildr consultant walks through your instance and you create your first quote together. Topics are introduced briefly, then handed off to video homework. After the call: watch 10 videos, configure your workspace, and practice creating 3–5 quotes.
3. Practice (1–2 weeks) — Create real quotes with your team. Get your colleagues logged in. Try different templates. This is where the system becomes familiar.
4. Onboarding Call 2 (~45–60 min) — Review your progress, troubleshoot any issues, then cover advanced features via short video homework: advanced templates, product bundles, e-signatures, and the customer storefront.
5. You're independent — Transition to regular support. Use the help center for day-to-day reference.
